Le profil aromatique de ce vin est fondu et typé. A dominante Grenache et Carignan avec un peu de Mourvèdre et de Syrah, Il mêle des notes de cacao, d’épices et de poivre mais aussi de myrtilles et de cerise fraîche. En bouche cette palette se complète avec du thym, de la réglisse et de café grillé . Sa structure lui confère de la rondeur mais aussi de la fraîcheur et une belle longueur où l’on retrouve des notes de torréfaction.
