Le registre aromatique au nez est très aérien. On retrouve en bouche des arômes de pêche blanche, de citron, d’abricot mais aussi des notes de verveine avec un fond léger de senteurs de pinède. Tout ceci est mis en avant par une bouche ronde et acidulée. Cette cuvée trouvera toute sa place pour accompagner apéritifs, crevettes marinées, caviar d’aubergines, tapenade et poissons grillés en particulier. Sa structure et sa fraîcheur lui permettront aussi de se marier à de nombreux autres mets plus riches.
